Feeling movement in tummy?

Anyone know if this feeling can be caused by wind / gas? I’m on movicol and psyllium, and can feel movement a few times a day. It’s for all the world like being pregnant! Can’t be though, am late 40’s and DH had the snip ages ago. Is it just wind or the effects of the movicol? Tummy is flat but periods stopped a few months ago (presume due to peri or perhaps being underweight). Don’t feel pregnant but am getting a bit scared!

Why don't you do a pregnancy test just to put your mind at rest?

Baby movements and wind do definitely feel alike!

I have ibs and have had these movements, even to the point of seeing my tummy move. It's wind, but so freaky, almost like pregnancy, especially the moving bit. It stopped after about a week. I did do a test tho
