Have had visual disturbances, similar to those I used to get prior to a migraine.

Yesterday had one,its like a zig zag effect line which goes across my eye, causing a disturbance in vision and blind spots. Then they go away. i used to suffer with migraines and used to get these precedding a migraine. Have got another one now, different eye, but its just a small blind spot moving across my eye. ! Am a bit worried as thats been 1 a day

I got this when i was pregnant, it's extremely annoying. I sometimes get them now as well, but not the zig zags. Go to the optician and get your eyes checked asap to rule out anything bad.
It's probably just stress especially as so near to crmbo.

if worried, definitely contact GP or optician.It sounds like a cause for concern IMO.

i had migraine during pg and bf, and between pgs 2&3 got them cyclicaly (sp?)
have just had one last week which lasted 2 days, tho it didnt go away in between

get checked out anyway

It really does sound like stress. Any other symptoms? When I get a migraine i go a bit dizzy and hot.

I'm not getting a migraine afterwards, or even a headache. I have a Fibromyalgia flare up at the minute, quite a bad one and have been working whilst I have it,but don't know if its connected

Make yourself an appointment asap to have your eyes tested before christmas. that's the first thing you really need to do.
