Heavy periods and vomiting

Hi there, since the birth of dd my periods have been getting heavier and often the day before i have an upset tummy, and this month I was sick during the first two nights of my period whhen it was particularly heavy. Is this normal for heavy period sufferers - bit freaked by it all? Will be going to Dr, but wanted to check this is not uncommon and not some deadly disease and also what options are for treatment.

Thanks

Kafka

The doc told me that the mirena coil can make your periods lighter or even non existent.

I have had periods where I have vomited, but I do have period promblems and problems with my womb so I would say go to the doctor. I think it is common and may be normal for some people but if it hasn't happened before with you, I would get it checked out.

yes i used to have this for years, from age 11 to 17 when i started taking the pill. now, having had dd, my periods are totally fine, no pain, no cramps, no vomiting, and only last a couple of days.

I also have this.

I am now on a pill which I take for 3 months each time then [supposedly] have a period.

Although I wouldn't recommend this, tbh I have been taking it for around 6 months now without a break.

I cannot face the pain/vomiting. [wimp]
