congenital transformation zone??? Wth does this mean

Hi,

Had bleeding after intercourse and abdo pains so had colposcopy 2 weeks ago. Still waiting on my results from biopsy however received a letter today stating how the appointment went. Said they saw evidence of congenital transformation zone? Anyone heard of this?

Yes I had problems with large congenital transformation zone. It caused me
a lot of problems. Ur gynaecologist will advise you.

@Divxxx what can it cause? The doctor hasn’t really explained much to me :( and can’t find anything about it on google
