For the last few days I've had a sore weeping finger. I think I pulled a bit of skin off around the edge of my nail. I've applied Savlon to it but it's not really helping.
It's now swollen and sore and I keep catching it. Any ideas what else to try on it. I do have some Fucibet cream but I'm not sure if that's suitable.
