What is wrong with me

So I had this random perforated ear drum and infection from no where really.
I got antibiotics, Lost my hearing a bit too didn't feel like they worked fantastic also
Got what I thought/think is thrush used a tube of thrush cream in a week that didn't work to rid it so doctor give me 3 pessarys to use one after another on a night - on second night now.

My ear - my left ear was the ear that had an infection and perforated now I'm just slightly deaf which isn't painful but uncomfortable.
Now my right ear is doing the same it hasn't perforated but it's itchy inside and my neck is swelling on my right side and my throat hurts and I feel like it will perforate due to the itchy inside (middle ear) and slight pains.

My thrush (is it thrush?)
It's not inside my vagina it's not around the opening
It's at the top near my clit like the arch of my vagina. It's itchy swallow and sore
Not seen any white stuff but I can't bend down theirs and my belly gets in the way when using a mirror lol fat girl issues.

None of the treatments are working either

I've got bad tummy ache - duno if that's due to ibuprofen I'm taking tho for pain

I just feel like I'm probably over thinking it but what if I'm laid here in pain and they is actually something wrong with me

History I've got thyroid problems

Any advice or should I just get a grip - que the trolls

I am at doctors on Monday

Not medically trained but - could it be yeast infections (candida)?

Yes, but I think you can get it in your ears as well, so could potentially be the issue? But a big guess, hopefully the doctor can help, it sounds like you might be generally run down? Is it worth getting checked for type 2 diabetes? I think there’s sometimes a bit of a link with that and yeast infections although not sure if it’s proven.

OP - neck swelling with an ear infection is a red flag for worsening infection.

Please call 111 or attend a walk in centre today. (Veteran of several nasty ear infections here). You may need micro suction and antibiotic ribbon inserting.

The thrush/itch may have been caused by the antibiotics- consider buying a high quality probiotic tablet from a pharmacy.

Also tummy aches could be caused by antibiotics plus make sure you are not taking ibuprofen on an empty stomach.

@sqiud - ref flag for worsening infection possibly leading to infection in the bones, cartilage etc & hearing loss - could mean IV antibiotics are needed as an inpatient if not treated properly ☹️

Third night of pessary- still in agony my tummy hurts - I'm using sodocream as I've no more thrush cream just to bring so relief really while the pessary is working.

I can barely swallow today my throat is really sore but I don't think it looks sore.?

My ears feel deaf and most painful today is right on - my neck and jaws killing me

I don't have a temperature I just feel shitty
I don't have covid either

I have an appointment tomorrow at doctors
