Constantly ill with various viruses

Does anyone else feel like they are constantly unwell with various viruses? It's literally back to back. I have a few well days and then I'm ill to various degrees again. It's really getting me down. I have two small children, one has just started reception, so I know it's that but...
Other mums don't appear to catch every single thing, my husband doesn't, grandparents (who live with us) thankfully don't, just me!
I had a temperature of 39.8 in the night! Felt so so unwell. I've had about 7 PCRs over the last 18 months, always negative. Got another arriving today, which I'm sure will be negative too hopefully.
Ugh. I did go to the doctors last autumn for blood tests. All normal. When I asked for a copy of the results, some (vit D, B12, Ferratin) seemed to be right at the lower end of acceptable levels- could it be that?
Has anyone got any experience of this? Did it get better as your children got older? Thanks

I don't know why I'm replying into the tumbleweed of my own thread but...
Turns out I've got Hand, Foot and Mouth this time. I don't know one other adult who has had it, only their children. I'm so sad and fed up. The roof of my mouth and back of my throat has ulcers all over it, I feel dizzy and hot.

I came across this having just got up to settle ill 11 month old DD and googled why do I get everything she gets! She has been at nursery for a month, since then we've had hand foot and mouth, vomiting bug which DH got and somehow, by a miracle I avoided, but last week got the worst cold going and it's just gone on and on, having finally thought today I felt a bit better I've woken up with a sore throat and swollen glands and looked in my throat to see why spots/patches, so thinking I've now got tonsillitis. I've only been back at work part time while I use up my accrued annual leave but I'm seriously considering giving up work (lots of other reason too) just so I can get some real rest! Hope you're feeling better.

What I will say is that if you came back as low end of normal for vitamin D (going in to winter) you need to get that up ASAP. And yes lots of studies have shown when iron/ferritin are low then you are more susceptible to viruses. Spatone is brilliant as it’s gentle on the stomach.
