Hello Ladies I had a tonsillectomy yesterday . I tried to chew today and my jaw is clicking. I’m a worry wart so I’m panicking that my jaw is dislocated or something .
My partner did remind me that I’ve only had my operation yesterday and that I’m still new and that it’s not dislocated it’s probably where I had my mouth open for a while as the surgeons would have told me if this had happened. I think I’m still panicking about it though.

Help please ladies
From a lady who worries a lot about EVERYTHING 🤣😭❤️

Ok slow down
Take a breath

If anything serious had happened during the op then they would have one million percent told you!

I felt awful after having a filling because it took so long, and I panicked after ... so I can only imagine how stressed you must be!

From a fellow worrier... please try to calm down and rationalise your thoughts..

Try and rest! (Easier said than done I know)
Watch something that makes you feel happy (vicar of dibley for me)

If things are still problematic in a few weeks then ring your gp but I'm 99% sure it won't be :)

Rest rest rest and try to relax

Xx
