Firstly let me say I'm not a poo troll!
My just turned 5 year old has been toilet trained for years and rarely ever has accidents (only when too distracted or occasionally leaves it til the last minute to go, I think this is fairly normal for this age).
However they currently have a bad cough and I'm noticing pretty bad skid marks in their pants. Sorry to be crude but basically they are sharting when coughing. I think this is only happening because they are coughing so hard. Never happens normally. They don't seem to be constipated, although they have been in the past and at one point had a minor prolapse (about 3 years ago, it's never happened since).
Should I be concerned about this or do you think it's probably normal? Thanks!
