Fatigue and headaches

Hi, hope someone can give a good advice. I often feel like I wake up in the morning after a good (ish) night sleep and feel like I haven't slept at all, so run down, so tired. Because of this I get headaches all day afterwards. I had a blood test recently which came back normal with everything, vitamins and stuff. For the record, I have diabetes and two small children so all of this of course contributes to tiredness. I also know I don't drink enough water but if I start doing so I then need to pee constantly which can be difficult when out and about. I'm taking iron and some multivitamins but recently have run out.

Also would like to add that on a rare occasion when I happen to sleep for much longer than recommended (like 10-11 hours) I wake up feeling brand new, full of energy and clear head. So I know headaches are related to sleep, maybe I need more sleep than average? That's not possible unfortunately though, I get about 7 hours a night atm, sometimes bit less.

What can I take that specifically will tackle this issue? Thanks in advance!

If you function so much better on more sleep can't you make time for it?
When I had small children I went to bed ridiculously early so I could clock up more sleep.

Unfortunately that's just not possible. My children won't go to sleep until 8.30pm and in order for me to get 10 hours I'd need to be asleep by 9pm. That would mean I won't get things done in the evening and most importantly I won't see much of my husband at all after we put kids to bed. I aim to be in bed by 10.30 but even that is not always achievable... I was thinking maybe I lack certain vitamins or minerals which is why I feel this way.

I've always found Pharmaton Advance pretty good for fatigue. I have M.E. and these helped minimise fatigue/brain fog.
You would need to stop taking your other supplements though.
