full up with cold and blocked ear and bad sinusus

anyone know what helps unblock my ears coz its been 3 days now and im going mad coz all i can hear is ringing

Have you tried sudofed (sp) tablets?They usually help me when im blocked up.

yes hun be usin them for 3 days n they are still blocked ;( it also doesnt help that i have a wax problem too!
