Spoke to the doctor today and although my thyroid level was a bit raised it was of no concern to them and just said to have a blood test in three months to see how it is, so regarding my dizziness I spoke to a different doctor at my practice and she told me my symptoms sound more heart related than anything and has referred me to cardiology for an overnight ECG to hopefully get to the bottom of this!
I've had lightheaded dizziness for about two months now, it feels like I'm going to faint (not a spinning sensation) and I've recently developed palpitations however it started after taking sertraline which I've now been told to stop but the palpitations have not gone - been to a&e and they said heart rate was a bit fast but nothing of immediate concern, so my question is, does this sound like POTS? Those are my only symptoms currently
