Vomiting baby - I can't remember the advice

DS2 is 10 months. Was sick quite a lot on Tuesday night but not since then although he has been off his food and only drinking his milk sometimes. Tonight at bedtime he projectile vomited twice. Should I not let him have his milk? or should I be guided by him i.e. give him it if he wants it.
Also, whenever DS1 has been sick it's always been a 24 hr thing - is it normal for the sickness to reappear 3 days later?

oh and should say that he doesn't have temp and is generally pretty happy/active.

when DS vomits i don't give milk - water or diorylite

not sure what the medical advice is but this seems to work for us

thanks. It's just with him still being quite young I worry that he should be having milk IFYKWIM
