Hi there, I’ve had a headache for over a week now, i went for an eye test yesterday and got told I need reading glasses and guess that’s what has been causing headaches as ive been straining my eyes, also got dry eye, can dry eye cause headache too? Also I need to wait 2 weeks till glasses are ready, any tips on what to do in meantime? I’m starting with no going on my phone much lol
