Would the hospital/Doc do anything for low oxygen?

My friend has long Covid (10 months) she tested again yesterday as she is struggling with her breathing and had a temp, it was positive again on a lateral flow but pcr came back negitive.

Her oxygen is 94 sitting down but 90 standing, she says there is no point calling 111 as she was discharged last time she was in hospital with her breathing (march time) at 94.

Should I encourage her again to call 111? or at what level would you call?

What would they/could they do for her?
TIA

I would definitely get medical attention with sats of 90. She probably needs a chest X-ray
(A&E doctor here)
