Sleeping heart rate

I have upgraded my Fitbit to a Sense that tracks my sleep and heart rate.
My sleep pattern has been wrecked by the menopause but I'm generally not tired during the day.
My resting heart rate is 68bpm which is fine I think (I'm 52) but most nights I spend over 90% with my heart rates above that - should I be concerned?

It is odd as resting heart rate is normally based, as expected, as your heart rate when you rest, including when you sleep.

It sounds like it hasn't yet worked out you RHR properly. How long have you had it?

I've had it 5 weeks, the RHR is about right o think (68bpm)
One or maybe two nights a week my shr is below rhr but the others it's higher.
Weird!

I'm not sure they're very accurate overnight in bed.
