I have thyroid in my family and have been tested over the past year because I've had palpitations or a weird feeling lump in my throat etc, came back normal each time however recently I'm now getting palpitations and increased tiredness aswell as feeling restless and dizzy, I'm starting to think I may actually have thyroid and it's undiagnosed, I'm aware it can take a while to diagnose and it took a few months for my mum to be diagnosed aswell, doctors seem to think it's anxiety and won't do bloods again (last time I was checked for thyroid was last year but I'm certain I have this condition and I'm not really sure how else to go about getting tested, just wondering what peoples initial symptoms were? How did you get diagnosed? I'm 26 for reference
