Late period finished pill

Good evening,

Has anyone ever come off the pill and found their period very late or not happened at all? 44 and think I’m peri menopause but blood tests not showing that I am. Doctor stuck me on the pill for a few months but this made no difference to my symptoms. I’ve come off it since middle of last month and now my period is very very late. Am worried but don’t think I could be pregnant. Could this be the pill Or early menopause?

When I came off after being on for ten years it took 6 months for my cycle to return. I was ttc so very frustrating.
