Is this a UTI ?

I was at a funeral Friday absolutely busting for the loo when I was there but obviously couldn’t walk away while the service was on. I had the worst lower back pain afterwards. Drank loads of water and was fine it went away. Had a coffee yesterday afternoon and this horrible lower back pain is back. Feels like period cramps in my lower back. Some urgency to wee. I have booked a Babylon doctor for this evening. Does this sound like a UTI?

Could be. Best to drink lots of water to flush it out. Try the canesten sachets with d mannose or if you have a Holland and Barrett near you you could pick up some pure d mannose from there. Tends to get rid of most uti's without needing antibiotics.
