Constantly ill, what can I do?

In the past month I've had a cold, strep throat, hand foot and mouth disease, a gallbladder attack and I'm now on day 2 of diarrhea following said gallbladder attack (been on the waiting list for gallbladder removal surgery for 2 years)

I seem to catch everything going (from my dds nursery although she only goes 1 day a week!) and I'm so fed up and run down. I don't know if it's because I've been wfh for 2 years and haven't been around these germs that I'm suddenly constantly suffering with something!

I'm in my mid twenties and have no underlying health issues

Will multivitamins be the magic cure or is there something else I can do? I'm desperate Sad

totay ormal as parent of a small child who is in childcare.
a bit exacerbated by not having many bugs around the through lockdowns the last 18 months.
ime it gets better after the first winter on childcare, followed by milder waves in each new childcare/school setting.
if you are deficient a multi vitamin will help a little, but tbh I would comcentrate on vit d3 (for you and dc)

apart from
sleep
nutrition
exercise (preferably outside in daylight)
there is not much you can do.
make sure you are good on those ones!
