What would you recommend for good health?
I’m thinking in terms of boosting my immune system…

I meant gut health. We now know that 70% of the immune system is based in the gut. So what’s best to protect and boost this?

Id like to know this too.

Fermented foods are supposed to be good, like kimchi and kefir.

Alcohol is not good for gut health.

I would also try and eat as a "traditional" diet as possible.

Avoid sugar and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Eat natural yoghurt. Take a probiotic.

Eating 30 plants a week is recommended.

I follow theguthealthdoctor and theguthealthmd on Instagram. Great tips and recipes. theguthealthmd is a GI doctor who wrote "fiber fuelled". I got it on kindle a couple of weeks ago for £2. He advocates plant based eating for gut health.
