Weird headache

I am experiencing a weird headache.

Usually when I have a headache, there's an ache in the forehead.

I am experiencing something different. There's no pain there as such. Last night when I was washing my face, I found pain in my forehead. So it's there when I apply pressure.

I can't remember banging my head. Maybe I did bang my head getting in or out from a car. I don't know. I can't remember but it would be going back a week or two.

The pain is there when I apply even a slight pressure to the forehead. The pain is located over the left eye.

Has anyone experienced a headache pain like this before? Any idea what this could be?

I have a lot of stress in my life. Its never-fucking-ending and comes at me from every angle. Would it be stress or tension headache?

Sounds like it might be a muscle of some kind of a blocked sinus

Or a blocked sinus I meant

I’m a very headachey person and my usual ‘spot’ for a bad headache is behind my left eye and eyebrow. It definitely feels tender when i press on it. I do think my headaches are mostly caused by tension (I have awful anxiety and my shoulders are up around my ears most of the time!!) but I also get quite congested and I think that sinuses are a bit to blame too.

You should always get anything checked out if it’s concerning you but the headache you’re describing is quite normal for me ( never been investigated but I’ve had them as long as I can remember!)
