Worsening symptoms

I'm starting to worry I have something more serious, it started with swaying dizziness however I now have pressure in my head as if a balloon is there and my left ear keeps popping, I can't hear as good from my left ear and I've also had eye pressure.
My MRI isn't until November time and I'm worried whatever this is, is getting worse and when I research it just comes up with potential tumour (which I do have most of the symptoms) and fluid in brain which scares me, how likely are these? I'm 26 years old.
Does anyone have experience of these?
When I saw an ENT it was just dizziness and uncomfortable ear so I think that's why the wait is long for me :/

I think you should call your GP or 111 as soon as you can.

Yep, probably a good idea to seek medical advice in the near future. It could be something as simple as an ear infection so please don't panic.

It's not, ear infection was ruled out, this has been going on for over a month now

The pressure in my head and everything started a few weeks ago and I have seen a out of hours doctor since then and they couldn't do much, they said my blood pressure was perfect and my ears looked fine too so it was just a case of waiting for an MRI
