Switching Dr/ Hospital

Hi all,

I am looking for some advice - i have been seen by Rhuemy at my local hospital for around 7 years but was wondering am i able to switch to a different Dr/hospital?

After all that time i have a diagnosis of connective tissue disease but not a certain type? I was taking Hydroxychloroquine but not long enough to see results, as i had a reaction to it and ended up with drug induced hepititis. So meds were stopped.

I feel like the DR i see doesnt listen or offer any alternative treatments. I saw him last week explained hip pain that at times makes it difficult to walk, prescribed physio said that i have Arthritis in my back and sent me on my way.. didnt listen to any other symptoms that i had.

I do have Hashimotos aswell but levels have been okay of late.

Symptoms are
Joint and muscle pains
Pins & needles
Fatigue
Mouth & nose ulcers
Bruising
Hair loss
Stomach issues

I just want to feel well again.

Tia

The majority of your symptoms seem to be symptoms of under-treated Hashis. You might need to look at this first.
