I'm just a bit concerned it's getting infected, it seems to be getting bigger than before but I'm just not sure, I've called 111 who have said it doesn't sound urgent so didn't put me through to a doctor but I don't know...lot of pain coming from area more than itching but since I was first bit it hurt rather than itched.
What's your opinions?

I've tried calling 111 but they did a set of questions and said it's came up with self care at home and advised me to speak to a pharmacist, it doesn't even itch it just hurts

Pop in to a pharmacy tomorrow, pharmacists and colleagues see bites all the time and will know whether you need antibiotics. If the redness starts to spread then draw around the edge of the redness with biro, repeat if it keeps spreading.

I know this because I had to go in to my local pharmacy last week with a painful bite.

Did they advise you on any type of cream or was it anti biotics? Mine doesn't even itch it just hurts and the area around it is sore aswell

You can call your GP tomorrow rather than use 111? In the meantime if you have a pharmacy open you can buy over the counter hydrocortisone

This picture is a bit clearer

I think a steroid cream should clear it up - either hydrocortisone from over the counter or beclemethasone with a GP prescription.

Vicks vaporub. Trust me! It's a miracle cure

Called doctor and they prescribed anti biotics, said it shouldn't still be causing pain now so said anti biotics should get rid of it
