Anyone else have a child that has tummy ache and headaches all the time?

DD is 8 and complains almost every morning and evening of tummy ache and headaches (it used to just be tummyache but now its both)

She does also complain to her teacher at school about this.

This has been happening since she was 6. Starting September, it will go on until about April when she becomes almost a different child.

It is really hard for me to get her to school in the mornings and I feel really bad but I can't keep her off school all the time.

I suffer from migraines and I used to get a lot of stomach aches as a child. I think this is quite common - it's called abdominal migraine.

Does she feel sick as well? if so it would definitely be worth askign your Dr I think.

Just wondering about the fact that she has it more in the winter. Does she eat a lot of oranges / satsumas etc or something else which she doesn;t eat in the summer so much?
