Always getting whatever bug my children pick up!

Hello

I was just wondering if there is anyone out there who constantly picks up bugs which their little ones bring home from the nursery? My 1 year old started a few months ago and he gets a bug once every 3 weeks and when he does, I am guaranteed to get it too! He has just recovered from a vomiting bug and now I have gastro. My husband doesn't seem to get sick, just me. I work full time and I have 2 littles ones so I don't sleep much and I'm always on the go, could this be why? Would love to hear from anyone who also has this problem!

If you are run down you are more likely to catch whatever is going. You could try taking Metatone it's a sort of tonic that is good to pick you up and boost you a bit, it had helped me in the past when having a run down phase. Hope you're better soon!

I was the same after having both my girls. During the first couple of years I seemed to catch everything going. Eased off slightly now but I think that's largely down to them being ill less rather than me not catching stuff iyswim.

Recommend taking a vitamin d supplement and paying for the flu jab this winter if there is enough stock. Of course a full nights sleep every night would do wonders as well, but easier said than done!

I had this in the winter/spring, but haven't picked anything up since then even though he's been ill a few times since. I think I was run down and very stressed about work, and my immune system was shot.
