Tender lower stomach 9 weeks post partum

Hi all

I’ve been feeling tender on both sides of my lower stomach area when pressure is applied for a couple of weeks now. It’s not crying out pain but it’s uncomfortable enough where I think I could take some painkillers. Some days are worse than others.
I thought it was bowel related but I don’t think it is. It feels like a cramp/ dull ache (mild) when no pressure is applied, then almost wind like/sharp pain when pressed.
Does anyone have any idea what this is? When I google it it says it’s your uterus still contracting but i have doubts.

Thanks in advance.

I remembering having similar pains when I was about 6 weeks postpartum , I was told ot was normal and just my body getting back to normal

Have you periods started yet? Maybe something to do with that as well x

No they haven’t which I’ve been waiting on. I did think this but it doesn’t feel like period pain.
I had light pink spotting for one day about a week ago and that’s it but no period.

I did have an examination at 6 weeks PP and was told I have a very mild bladder prolapse but nothing that pelvic floor wouldn’t fix but I don’t think it could be that?
