PIP and disabled persons railcard

Just a quick question as I am doubting myself.

Does anyone know that if you receive the lower rate of PIP you can qualify for the disabled persons railcard?

I have looked on line and from what I have found it looks like you can but I do like to check things out first!

Many thanks
