Infected bite?

My boyfriend had developed a bite a week ago I would say and it was a little swollen and was hard in the middle it's now turned into this and quite swollen? He is refusing to go get it checked out but I'm concerned as it looks a little similar to a tick bite.

Its red, swollen and could be an infection which he should get checked, does it feel hit to touch. You cannot force him but he could become very unwell if its cellulitis.

Looks almost like a bulls eye rash so I would see a GP as may need a course of antibiotics for Lymes

Yea just zoomed in. The red; then white ring, then red again! I would defo seek medical advice
