Acid reflux/yellow poop/abdo pain???

I’ve had on and off sharp abdo pain on my left side for 2 weeks. I’ve started passing orange or yellow poop and have a constant acid taste in my mouth for days. My stomach also makes a lot of gurgling noises
What could this be??

@Verna1954 I’ve seen a gp and am waiting for results for h pylori, but the taste in my mouth

..And yellow poo is a recent development that has happened since I spoke to him and of course can’t make appointment until Monday

Gallbladder possibly. Though pain is normally on right.
I've had h.pylori and it came on slowly. No difference in bowel movements but constant heartburn.
I've now got gallstones and your symptoms sound familiar except my pain is generally right sided. But as gallbladder-liver-pancreas are all producing juices to digest then some people do get pain on left. (more likely to be pancreas related)
