Brain health

I'm just wondering what would be best to eat to maintain good brain health. I'm just about to start a full-time degree alongside having 2 kids and working so want to keep myself in top condition.
I have got some vitamin B supplements to take. Could anyone advise on anything else that would help me with studying.
Thanks in advance.

Omega 3, lots of while food plant based food, high fibre, avoid fried food and ultra processed food. Good sleep

I think fish is good for omega 3. Especially wild caught rather than farmed, as the ratio of omega 3 to 6 is better. Eg 4 pack of red salmon frozen fillets £5 Tesco.

Lots of oily fish. Try to do something to stimulate the little grey cells each day too, new music/crosswords/sudoku/brain training games, etc..
