Pain all over - arthritis/ virus - please help me

I just want some ideas if anybody could help

Everything hurts
I cant straighten: my arms hands legs
Can barely walk
Pain moves around all the time like it did after vaccine. Tonight: knees and elbows are the worst.

Was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis after my COVID-19 vaccine left unable to move my hands at all for nearly three weeks. It took me steroids to get myself straight

The actual arthritis visible on MRI is not, 1mm bit at the top of a fingertip. Rheumatologist thinks it wouldn’t have been found if it weren’t for my reaction to the vaccine. She yellow cardedit.

I ate a lot of shellfish last week but it’s getting worse

It feel like I have permanent DOMS all over my body

I can barely get dressed

I ironed ONE thing today and now have tennis elbow or whatever it’s called.

I am really worried and think I need blood tests? Could this be viral?

Have a gp appointment tomorrow but am so so worried how I’ve become so crippled over a week

I have no real knowledge but I clicked because after my vaccines (within hours of the first one), I've had bad upper joint pain. In the last week my feet have also started.

I'm so worried. My whole upper body is sore. I'm generally healthy. I can't see it being anything else other than the vaccine but I don't want to sound like a lunatic.
