Big toe cramp!

Anyone else suffer with this?
Once a week or thereabouts my foot will cramp. It's excruciatingly painful and when I look down at my foot my toes have spread and my big toe is sticking out to the side.
I have to jump up and walk it off.
Any ideas how to prevent it, as it's starting to drive me potty!!!

I get a lot of cramps in legs and feet at night.
magnesium before bedtime seems to help plus not letting my feet get cold.
my hot water bottle is my best friend.

Thanks. I've seen magnesium advertised. Do you have tablets or the spray?

magnesium citrate tablets ids what I take.
epsom salt in a bath is supposed to be nice too.

I use mag glycinate longer term as it’s kinder on the bowels (doesn’t give you the squits).

Mag spray is fab as an instant fix and epsom salts baths are effective for a quick mag dose.
