Does this dipstick indicate a UTI

I don't have any burning but I'm going to the toilet to urinate frequently without fully evacuating. My pelvis is really crampy too and I generally feel grim.
Does my attached picture indicate a UTI?The nitrate result shows a slightly darker colour than a trace but not dark enough to match the positive.
I really feel like shit and there are some Macrobid antibiotics in the cupboard but they make me feel really ill, so want to be sure it's a UTI I have before shovelling them down.

Oh poor you. As a UTI sufferer I empathise. Dip sticks aren’t that reliable at picking up all infections and I’ve had negative dips come back as positive cultures. It sounds like you have the all too familiar symptoms so I’d be looking for antibiotics but they may be able to give you something different.
