I think I have blocked inner ears, I've done inhale with steam, nose sprays but nothing is opening my ears and they are so blocked it's now starting to give me headaches, does anyone have any tips?!

it's unlikely to be the inner ear.
have you tried over the counter otex etc.
you can pay at some boots and specsavers for ear vacuuming, but it's expensive. GPs won't do it anymore.
but you need to try ear drops first.

I'd honestly pay to have micro suction somewhere. If you google you'll find a clinic near you. I had mine done a couple of weeks ago. It was £70 but worth every penny!

Is that like ear wax removal?

Yes. I work for a high street company that does micro suction wax removal. Crackling or a feeling of fullness in the ears suggests wax blockage.
