Constantly urge to wee

Help! I'm on holiday and a couple of days ago I developed the constant need to wee. My (I think) kidney was causing me a lot of pain last night and it felt like a kidney stone. The kidney pain went away last night and for a bit the need to wee was less but now its back. As soon as I go it feels like I need to wee again but nothing comes out. my kidney feels sore again but not as bad as before.
We leave day after next and I'm terrified of not having constant access to a toilet while travelling. I literally can't go more than 5 min without feeling the urge but usually nothing comes out. Help!

You've got a urinary tract infection in all likelyhood. Go to the local chemist....they sell powders that you dissolve in water. Drink a SHIT tonne of water....keep drinking water constantly. You probably need antibiotics though.

If you are in the Uk speak to a pharmacist. If you meet their criteria for prescribing antibiotics they can prescribe and dispense at the pharmacy and you won’t need to go to your gp. Otherwise they can refer you to out of hours
