Diarrhoea in a baby - Help

DD (4 months) has just finished a bottle and within seconds her fresh nappy was filled - from 3 pushes (sorry TMI).

It is bright yellow and has snotty like mucus in it - the nappy it literally full to the brim - not pleasant investigating it !!

She had injections yesterday - is this likely to be a side effect from this or should i be worrying????
