I could really use some support. I don’t fancy airing everything publicly on the Facebook group.

Hoping to find some other women dealing with this.

Thanks @hennipenni and hello.

I have a few questions… How long ago did you have COVID?
What’s your biggest challenge at the moment?

Mine is that I’m struggling to stay hopeful that I will recover ever and I’m feeling frustrated with how little I can do.

Hi @Betteroutcome
I tested positive beginning of Jan 21 so 8 months out now. How about you?
My biggest challenge for me is fatigue, I did a phased return to work after 4 months and failed miserably when I got to full time hours so I’ve cut down to just 2 days a week which I can just about manage now.

I completely understand your frustration, it’s so hard and people who don’t suffer really don’t understand, I’ve lost count of the number of people who have said ‘the more you do, the quicker you will return to normal’ - if only it worked like that!

Im currently supervising my DH packing as we’re going away later, he’s been fantastic through out all this. Have you got a good support network?

Im generally a positive person, this think could easily have killed us, but we’re still here, taking baby steps some days but trying to find a positive out of every day x
