It was aching a little yesterday, but today I have woken in quite a lot of pain! It's like an ache, but more than an ache iyswim. Just below and in between my shoulder blades.
DS1 had a kind of fluey bug last week, with nasty cough, cold etc, and DS2 woke with the nasty cough last night (seems absolutely fine if a little croaky this morning) I wonder if this is the start of that, or is it muscular? I don't tend to sit down much during the day, and I do find when I drive long distances my left side can hurt.
It blinking hurts! No sympathy from DH as he has a bad back already, he is still in bed, while I am sorting the boys (actually I'm being mean It's not so bad that I can't move and DH did get up with the boys yesterday)
