For the past few months I’ve had a tiny little lump on the inside right knee next to my knee cap (it’s hard and moves and feels like it gets smaller when pressed on etc) I went to the GP about it around 6 weeks ago and he said it’s most likely a ganglion cyst but because he hasn’t seen it on a knee before he wants to refer me for a ultrasound to check, that ultrasound is now tomorrow (it took 6 weeks to get the appointment) safe to say I’m now freaking out thinking it’s all kinds of sinister things, how can I relax my mind I am terrified and it’s really affecting my quality of life.
