I constantly feel drained,tired all the time my legs hurt and I feel like I'm dragging them my speech I feel it's different but partner says I sound the same, my memory is terrible I get pins and needles in my arms and legs,Ive always got a head ache/migraine and blurry vision, I feel like I'm shaking on the inside and not the out and often feel like my heart is racing & light headed...my doctor don't seem concerned and thinks I've got anxiety,had bloods early 2020 which showed low vitamin D (24) and b12 level of (323) I'm 25years old and feel like I'm on death's door!!

Have you had your thyroid levels checked? i suffer with mine i get palpitations and shaking on the inside

Go on to the Healthunlocked site and check out Pernicious Anaemia and B12 deficiency. Post your symptoms on there and see what advice you get. Your D is ridiculously low. I'm not medically trained but I had similar problems. Wish you better.

Have a look at chronic fatigue syndrome/ ME your symptoms look very similar to mine in my 20's

Op, how’s your ferritin level. Mine was found to be very low recently despite a HB of 12.8 and it had me also feeling like death warmed up.

A few weeks on a supplement and I started to feel better.
