Postnatal carpal tunnel - suddenly worse. Anyone else?

Hiya - weirdly I didn't get carpal tunnel syndrome when pg but did soon after dd was born 5 months ago. last month or so has been much better till last few days when terrible again. Typing now with horrible numb fingers. Anyone else had this and any tips? I have a splint I sometimes use but it's not that helpful. the numbness comes and goes. I've heard there are nutritional solutions. Do you know what they are? Bit annoyed because last weekend I picked up my knitting needles again for first time to make dd a winter jumper and that seems to have triggered it off...

Mine gets worse a week or so before my period then goes when period comes. Think its to do with fluid build up do keep thinking I should go and get some kind of water tablet.

Could this be the same for you. Do you have day and night splints, when it was at its worst did find tht the night time splints really did work.

i've just got one splint and mostly wear it at night (but prob not enough tbh.) still bfing and not had period yet. just did a little surf and some people say it's linked to a vit B deficiency. might start taking my pg vitamins again and see if that helps...
