Weakness

Does anyone suffer weakness in both arms even carrying things ache my arms and my hands and arms ache when I use them and go stiff

Not sure if its quite the same thing but my arms "feel" weak but I dont have any real loss of power (or drop things because of it). It came with tingling in my fingers at first and my gp sent me for nerve tests (clear) Im peri-menopausal so I think that really has a lot to do with it but it also makes me anxious and I think this becomes a viscous circle, where my arms feel weak so I get anxious, this makes my muscles feel weak because of the tension, so I feel more anxious etc. Not sure if I`ve helped at all !

I don't drop things either just one day my right arm feels weak then it moves to other arm it started with numb hands then I started tencing my arms and hands a lot thro worry and before I new it my arms felt weaker .. I have had all test done mri all normal so no am gona see a neuro to rule things out ... hopefully it's nothing serious as my anxiety is bad enough thinking the worse ..
