Sharp pains in head, dizziness

For over a week I’ve been having sharp pains in my head, and in my back and under my ribs, dizziness and a feeling of heaviness. Sometimes feel nauseous as well.

Saw my GP and they assumed it was vertigo , got meds but still feeling the same. Of course I’m thinking it’s a brain tumor or cancer lol but was wondering if anyone else has experienced these symptoms and got a diagnosis.

I have been having something similar the past couple of months. Dizziness, feeling like my head is in a vice. Upper back ache and tightness in my ribs. GP said it is a stress/tension headache - I'm not convinced. The funny thing is though it disappeared for a week and then came back. Paracetamol doesn't really help.
