A strange one but you never know, may be some dentists around here.
So I just had my teeth cleaned and polished at 12:30. It's now 5pm and I've noticed my teeth are insanely patchy. They look so much worse than when I went. Yes the small plaque build up is gone, but now my teeth look more yellow than ever with patches of white.
He didn't say anything to us about avoiding drink or food (since my partner had his done too and his teeth are looking the same way). And we had food/drink about 2pm, maybe even later then that.
Will this fade? Was I not supposed to eat/drink so soon? I've brushed my teeth and it's done nothing. Im even more embarrassed by my teeth now.
