Help me shift a few lbs!

Hey! So I'm stuck in a rut and need some advice! I'm about 10 and a half stone at the moment, pre kids I was 7 and a half which I know isn't always healthy, but I was always skinny and able to eat what I wanted without putting on a pound!

I'm now in my early 30's and my youngest DC is 18 months so it's time to lose this post-pregnancy flab! Ideally I'd like to lose a stone and tone up my stomach, but here's the difficult thing...I'm SUCH a fussy eater. Like, I'm the worst, and I hate it! I don't drink water, even the smell of it makes me want to vom (yes I know, there's no taste, no smell, I've heard it all before, but I've never ever liked it). I'll drink water in squash and that's it!

I have the most unhealthy diet, I basically live on pasta, fast food, things from the freezer...you get the gist! The only vegetables I like are sweetcorn, peppers, spring onions and onions. I don't like fish (apart from tinned tuna and salmon) and I don't like salad. What can I do?!

I'm absolutely prepared to be flamed here for being such a fussy cow, but I really do want to try and eat new, healthier things and get back in shape, I just honestly don't know where to start. Does anyone have any recipes or anything, packed with veg or healthy for example, but that doesn't taste like veg or bland?! Im sorry if that completely doesn't make sense! Any ideas welcome!

Do you eat corn on the cob? Great with a bit of soy sauce or barbecued - or with some butter, a little bit isn't bad for calories. Makes a meal.

I used to do a Jamie Oliver hidden veg pasta sauce which was aimed at kids but it's delicious. Basically peel and cut up a butternut squash, start cooking it with some oil, then chop and add two onions, a red pepper, a courgette and 5 cans of tomatoes. Cook it all slowly and blend with a hand blender near the end. I'd Google the proper recipe but thats what I remember of it.

Can you meal plan a bit so you don’t fall back on fast food or freezer food? Eg. Replace one of those meals with an omelette or similar.
What about soups?

Do you eat meat? You could make a nice stir fry with the veg you like and some noodles.

@PermanentTemporary love corn on the cob, this could work! Will definitely check out the Jamie Oliver recipe too!

@Snoopsnoggysnog yes I like soup! Aldi love all meat. Omelette is a good idea also!
