Supplements for arrhythmia

Hello,

I wondered if anyone takes magnesium for their heart arrhythmia?

I have been doing some research and wondered if I could try it - currently on bisoprolol 2.5mg per day and didn't want to mess this up OR make them worse.

I'm just hoping it might help as my ectopics/flutters are horrible every day!

Dh does, he’s on sotalol 320mg a day. They gave it him in hospital once but it needs to be an easily absorbed form which is usually citrate.

I don’t think it helps tbh. He’s waiting for ablation.
