Should I be concerned about this chest pain?

I have had a chest infection for a long time... well over a month.

I have had antibiotics (no avail, viral obv) and I'm waiting for the results of a chest xray and sputum and blood tests

But for the last couple of days I have been getting a stabbing pain in my chest, around the area of my left armpit and nork

Is it just because I have been coughing, rather a lot, for ages

Or should I be more concerned?

I'm getting worried I might have pneumonia or pleurisy - I really shouldn't Google should I?

Does it hurt when you breathe in?
It may be a pleuritic pain.
