Has any had a blocked bowel before?

Can't fart or poop, my stomach is huge I feel horrendous Drs have said their is nothing else they can do and will have to admit me into hospital.

How on earth are they going to get this poop out?

I have had blockages a few times and take 10 sachets of Laxidose (used to be Movical) - I usually have to do it twice over 2 days before it works. But if they are taking you in it must be higher up or something else? They can take it out manually but thankfully I have yet to experience that joy!

Potentially dangerous condition. Go to hospital and let them help you.

Yep, had a friend with this. She left it too long to go to hospital & was then in for a long, long time after life-changing surgery.

I've been very, very careful with my bowels & habits since then...

Coffee enema? I seem to remember that works for a good clear out.
